We are an Australian-owned and operated company based in Campbellfield, Victoria.

Although our headquarters are in Campbellfield, we also have multiple warehouses across Australia, from which certain items may be shipped.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the shipping method selected.

Most orders are typically dispatched within 1-3 days (peak periods may be more extensive)

• Standard Delivery in Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland: Typically arrives within 2-5 business days of dispatch.

• Standard Delivery in South Australia, Western Australia: Typically arrives within 5-10 business days of dispatch.

I need to change my address

If you have input the wrong address when checking out on your order, please contact us immediately via email sales@scooterbarn.com.au

If we can, we will adjust the shipping address accordingly, however, if the order has already been processed and shipped we will be unable to make any changes.

How do I use my discount code?

To apply a promo or discount code:

• Proceed to checkout and enter your code in the ['Discount code'] field.

• Click ['Apply'] to see your new total before finalising your order.

• Only one code can be used per order.

If you’re having trouble entering your promo code, please try clearing the cache on your web browser or trying on a different device.

I need to change my address

Once an order is placed, we may be able to make changes to the order if you contact us fast enough. In the case you need to make changes to your order such as update your shipping address or contact information, change colours / sizes, or potentially add more products please forward your confirmation email to sales@scooterbarn.com.au immediately after placing your order.

In-store pick up

We allow pick ups in store located at 28 Somerton Park Drive, Campbellfield, Victoria 3061.

Please note; some products are not stored at our physical location and may be at our other warehouses. If you select in-store pick up at checkout, please wait to receive your pick up ready confirmation before coming in.

We are located within Volo Park indoor skatepark situated at 28 Somerton Park Drive, Campbellfield, Victoria 3061

I still haven't received my refund?

Once your return has been received and processed, you will be notified via email when the refund has been issued.

Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

If you have not received your refund after 10 days, please contact us via email sales@scooterbarn.com.au

How do I track my order?

All orders will receive their tracking information once they have been prepared & dispatched. This is typically between 1-3 days after the order has been placed. This information along with a tracking number will be emailed directly to the email used at checkout.

Product defects

All products come with a manufactures warranty that can vary in time-frame from 30 days up to 12 months. We recommend visiting the manufactures website directly for quick access to your products warranty.

From time to time it is not unusual for us to experience a product defect in which case usually is always covered by the manufacture.

If you feel your product has been defected, please follow the process below:

  • Submit a warranty claim via our Returns Portal

  • We will pass the information on to the manufacture for evaluation

  • The manufacture will deem whether or not it qualifies for a replacement

  • If approved, the manufacture will ship a replacement directly to you

Can I receive rewards when shopping?

I've received my order but its wrong?

If you have received the wrong items, colour or are missing products from your order, Please report your order issue to our team via email for further assistance.

Include a photo of the item received and the name of the missing item(s). Please double-check the package for any notes or packing slips that indicate your other item(s) were shipped separately.

While we may not be able to guarantee your exact order is replaced due to potential stock issues, we’ll resolve the situation as best we can!

How do I return my items?

Returns must be initiated within 90 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused and in the original packaging.

Return by mail

To initiate the return process, please visit our Return Portal link here, where you will be able to select from the options provided to arrange your label, drop off and return

Note: You may incur a return shipping charge depending on the reason for the reason for returning your items.

Return in store

You can visit any of our retail stores and present your order confirmation or packing slip as proof of purchase. All items must have the original tags attached.

Refund process

Upon receiving the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets our return policy criteria. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please note refunds may take up to 5-10 business days to be processed.

Non-Returnable items

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, final sale, or other reasons. These items will be clearly marked on the product page.

Returns policy

We have a60-day return policy, which means you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. To start a return, you can contact us at sales@scooterbarn.com.au or begin your return through our Return Portal for a quicker result.

If your return is accepted, you will be issued a full-refund (excluding shipping costs). Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We understand sometimes the item you buy isn't exactly what you had in mind, is maybe too big or too small or maybe you had a change of heart. For this reason, it is unlikely that we won't accept a return as long as it meets the requirements as mentioned above.

Please note that [perishable / discounted / limited edition]items are not eligible for return.

You can expect your refund to be processed within 5-10 business days or fewer, after our returns department receives the returned item.

Price Match

We do offer a price match guarantee, however it must fall under the following terms:

  • The product is the EXACT same

  • The competitor must be located within the same state

OR

  • The cost (including shipping costs associated) amounts to the same as the price match price

Do you offer express shipping?

Yes, we do offer expedited shipping for domestic orders only. The cost of this may vary depending on the items and state you are located in but start at as little as $15.

Please keep in mind that the order processing can take up to 1-3 days and 5-10 days in busy periods.

Do you offer free shipping?

We offer fast and free shipping for orders over

$300 within the Australia.

Product warranty
